Returns

Your satisfaction while shopping with us is important so if you are unsatisfied with your order, simply return it to us and we will happily provide a credit note or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.

  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition and be in it’s original packaging.

  • Merchandise must not be used, damaged, altered or washed. Tags or hygiene stickers must not have been removed. 

  • You must contact us via email before returning the item to receive approval and Return Code.

  • Once a return has been authorized, a store credit will be created for you. 

  • Sale items (Items purchased or discounted) cannot be returned.

 

Returns Procedure

  • Contact us at hello@theconscioustrader.com.au to request a return/exchange for your order. Please include your full name, order number, reason for return and item/s to be returned.

  • Once your return is approved, our customer service team will email you a Returns Code and return instructions. All returns must have a valid Returns Code. Items received that do not have a valid Returns Code may be returned to you.

  • Package up your item safely and securely with original packaging or tags where applicable and send back with a traceable service. Make sure you include your returns document.  
    Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by The Conscious Trader and will not be included in your refund. 

  • The Conscious Trader will review your return and will process exchange or credit if eligible. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. We recommend using traceable postage service as we cannot be held responsible for missing items we have not received that weren’t traced.

  • Credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please contact us at hello@theconscioustrader.com.au if you need an extension.

 Afterpay & Zip Pay Returns

Any returns which were paid via Afterpay and Zip Pay online are eligible for a credit or exchange only. Any remaining payments outstanding with Afterpay and Zippay will continue to be deducted from your allocated bank institute by Afterpay or Zip Pay. You will be then issued with a credit for the full amount originally purchased at Vakation Traders.
